Sylvester brings over three decades of financial and business management expertise to Four Points Green Power. A Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and holder of an MBA from the University of South Wales, he has built his career across telecoms, microfinance, and business consultancy — including 22 years as a Financial Analyst at Vodafone Ghana. He oversees the company's financial strategy, business planning, and growth initiatives.
Andre is a finance, environmental, and business strategy consultant with over a decade of experience advising SMEs, development organisations, and investment firms across Ghana. Holding an MSc in Environmental Sustainability and Management, he has worked with USAID, DFID, and the Millennium Development Authority. At Four Points Green Power, he drives strategic direction and ensures our projects align with the highest environmental and sustainability standards.
Astrea is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over three decades of experience across industrial, commercial, and renewable energy sectors. Having worked across Ghana, the Seychelles, and the United States, he brings a global perspective and deep technical expertise to every project. Trained in Solar PV, Solar Water Heating, Micro-Hydro, and Electric Vehicles in the USA, he leads technical project execution — from system design and installation to commissioning and maintenance.
